Nouryon söker nu en analytisk kemist till vår avdelning Chemical Analysis i Bohus. Chemical Analysis är en central resurs inom Nouryon. Chemical Analysis är en central resurs inom Nouryon. Avdelningen utför analys av råmaterial, produkter och miljöprover för de producerande enheterna inom Nouryon. Avdelningen deltar i forsknings- och utvecklingsprojekt, marknadsstöd, problemlösning och utveckling av nya analysmetoder. På avdelningen arbetar 27 personer huvudsakligen inom kompetensområdena våtkemi, spektroskopi och kromatografi.


Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Som analytisk kemist i vår kromatografigrupp kommer du att arbeta med rutinanalyser, analyser för Fou och marknad samt utveckla och förbättra existerande analysmetoder. Främst med inriktning mot vätskekromatografi. Du kommer att få ett nätverk inom organisationen och ha möjlighet att arbeta med intressant kemi i en trevlig grupp. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bl.a. innefatta följande:
Utföra analyser samt rapportera analysresultat av hög kvalité
Säkerställa att rätt laboratorieutrustning används, underhålls och kalibreras på ett korrekt sätt.
Felsökning vid instrumentproblem
Utveckla och förbättra existerande metoder
Ansvara för inköp och validering av ny utrustning
Kunna stötta företaget med problemlösning och med analytisk kompetens
Handleda utvecklingsarbete, främst inom området vätskekromatografi
Följa kvalitetskraven från Swedac (ISO 17025) och GMP-standarder / riktlinjer
Kundkontakter med interna kunder


Kvalifikationer
PhD i kemi/kemiteknik eller MSc i kemi/kemiteknik med 3 års erfarenhet alternativt BSc i kemi/kemiteknik med 5 till 7 års relevant erfarenhet
Stor erfarenhet av laboratoriearbete främst inom området vätskekromatografi
Mycket God förståelse i analytisk kemi främst inom området vätskekromatografi
Möjlighet att hantera och prioritera en varierande arbetsbelastning
Resultatorienterad med ett analytiskt tankesätt
God förmåga att samarbeta och kommunicera med olika intressenter
God kommunikationsförmåga både vid rapportskrivning och muntlig presentation, både internt och externt
Flytande i svenska språket och god förståelse på engelska

We are now seeking a Regional Pricing Analyst to Performance Formulations, Sweden. The primary function of this position is to implement, support and analyze pricing for the PF EMEA business. Additionally, you’ll also provide training to colleauges within the area of responsiilites to make sure the pricing processes are up to Nouryon standard. It is an interesting moment to join our team, as you will be an integral part of harmonizing our price administration process accross the PF business.
The role will give you the opportunity to gain a large network within our sales and marketing organization. You will learn a lot about the products and pricing strategies within our business unit. In addition, you operate in a very international environment with your manager being located in Amsterdam, your focal points all over the EMEIA region and your peers being based out of Chicago, Itupeva and Shanghai.
Main responsibilities
Maintaining prices in SAP based on input of account managers
Identify expiring prices and flag to account managers
Rollout out the PF price administration process to parts of the business that have not yet adopted it
Train account managers to ensure they deliver pricing in the correct format
Training customer service reps to ensure they understand the impact of the pricing process on order entry to minimize manual overrides in the system
Make sure prices in SAP are correctly and timely updated
Complete the PF EMEA-wide implementation of the Nouryon standard price administration process



Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in the area sales, trade, administration and/or logistics/distribution.
Minimum 1-3 year work experience in with pricing, customer service or data management
Strong knowledge in SAP and experience in Excel is required
Clear understanding of customer master data
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
Proactive, self-starter, autonomous and pragmatic
Theoretical education at minimum High School level in the area sales, trade, administration and/or logistics/distribution.

Main responsibilities
As our Business Analyst you will assist in the Technology Solutions planning and reporting cycle, participate in projects and act as a key user in SAP, Business Warehouse and PowerBi.
Support budget, latest estimates, monthly and quarterly reporting (including Business reviews with Company and Business Lines). You will take the lead in preparing the review package and presentations.
Support planning and preparation of budget, latest estimates, monthly and quarterly reporting cycle.
Support the roll out of the standardized Technolgy Solutions variance analysis and the 3 Month Rolling Forecast process and tools. You will be responsible for preparing the reporting of these to the Company.
Drive further improvement and standardization of KPI and management reporting using HFM, SAP/BW and Management Reporting systems (e.g. PowerBI).
Ownership for Functional Reporting and Functional Controlling activities on TS level, TS overhead and allocation models.
Participate in projects such as:
Technolgy Solutions Finance improvement projects in reporting and analysis.
Projects from Non-Finance functions such as Business Development / L6S projects.
Ad hoc Technology Solutions or Business Line controlling support
Key user SAP and Business Warehouse
Act as Finance key user for Business Staff departments



Qualifications
MSc in Finance
5 years working in an analyst function/ 8 years’ experience for the senior position
Experience in working and impacting a business or a site
Cross-functional and global team experience preferred
Experience as project member or leading functional projects within the own unit
Furthermore, you are capable of
Establishing methods to monitor and improve performance of systems and processes
Prioritizing and organizing work: Allocate time and attention based on what is the most important to achieve key goals, objectives and deadlines; approaches work in an organized and systematic manner; effectively manages tasks, information, and requess
