Om arbetsplatsen
Tjänsten som digitalisteringstrateg har sin hemvist inom digitaliseringsenheten.

En fristående enhet inom ekonomiavdelningen på kommunledningsförvaltningen som arbetar tvärfunktionellt över hela organisationen och vars syfte är att underlätta för samt driva Ale kommuns digitala utveckling framåt. Det är en kreativ och ytterst kompetent enhet med härliga kollegor. Man har stor frihet under ansvar. Ett av kommunens tre riktningsmål är "ständiga förbättringar" och är något som genomsyrar hela kommunens organisation där det bland annat handlar om hur vi kan bli en än mer effektiv organisation samt ökar nyttan och kvalitén av de tjänster som vi ger invånare, företag m.fl. som bor och verkar i kommunen.

Arbetsuppgifter
Som digitaliseringsstrateg har du en samordnande och en nyckelroll i arbetet med att stärka den digitala utvecklingen inom Ale kommun. Som digitaliseringsstrateg leder, samordnar och driver du tillsammans med dina kollegor i digitaliseringsenheten kommunens digitala utveckling. Det handlar om att med långsiktigt perspektiv och i nära dialog med samtliga verksamheter fånga upp, bereda och prioritera projektidéer rörande digitalisering.

Du omvärldsbevakar och nätverkar för att kommunen ska vara uppdaterad på vad som sker inom området. Du identifiera lämpliga samarbets- och samverkanspartners och bidrar till att en fortsatt hög kompetensnivå upprätthålls inom området digitalisering. Att driva övergripande prioriterade uppdrag och projekt samt bidra till framtagandet av styrande dokument är också en del av arbetet. Du ska även kunna verka som projektledare om så behövs. 

Rollen innebär att du samarbetar med personal inom hela kommunen, både i det verksamhetsnära arbetet samt i det kommunövergripande utvecklingsarbetet. Exempel på detta är att initiera och ansvara för kompetensutvecklingsinsatser samt gällande AI.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har akademisk examen inom för tjänsten relevant område samt har dokumenterade erfarenheter av projekt- och processledning. 

Du har flera års erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling med stöd av digitalisering, gärna inom offentlig verksamhet. Du har vana att leda och coacha samt hantera utmaningar och möjligheter i verksamhetsutveckling där IT och digitalisering är en naturlig faktor. 

Vidare ser vi gärna att du har erfarenhet av datadrivet arbete, förändringsledning samt förstår hur, verksamhetens behov, ändamålsenliga tekniska val, effektivisering och värdet av att ständiga förbättringar tillsammans bidrar till Ale kommuns digitala utveckling.
Det är viktigt att kunna förstå helheten och hur stegen och prioriteringarna går in i det. Som digitaliseringsstrateg arbetar du med att identifiera och kartlägga behov, analysera, värdera och samordna krav som ställs på våra digitala lösningar. Resultaten av ditt arbete blir innovativa digitala lösningar som genererar nytta och förbättringar.

Som person är du självgående och initiativtagande, samtidigt som du samarbetar väl med andra. Du är tydlig och pedagogisk i ditt ledarskap och trivs med att arbeta strukturerat mot mål och resultat. Med förmåga att se helheter driver du strategiska utvecklingsfrågor framåt.

We are now seeking our next Operational Excellence Manager! You will be responsible for the deployment and execution of Operational Excellence activities within ISC Operations with key focus on our manufacturing sites. Main responsibilities
In the role as Operational Excellence Manager you will lead critical growth-/improvement projects at sites, sometimes for the whole region and occasionally in functions. You will also identify performance losses/gaps and define opportunities for improvement in our sites. You coach, train and guide sites on the Nouryon standard work processes (ALPS) and systems. The role primarily works in the region and, as required, will assist in initiatives on a global basis.
The Operational Excellence Manager is a key resource for the ISC organization in helping to build a long term operational excellence / continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we believe that you are passionate about continuous improvement and a L6S content expert, an effective change agent, a skilled project manager and a good instructor.
You have a high social competence, customer focus and act with high integrity. You are confident in your own expertise and deliver results while maintaining a high quality in your work in a fast-paced environment. You also possess the ability to work efficiently and you know how to prioritize in your daily work together with others.


We also see that you have:
Bachelor’s Degree minimum, related to technical, supply chain, engineering or related fields.
Proven continuous improvement, Lean(6S) experience and/or certified L6S Black Belt.
Extensive knowledge and expert use in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Solid project management experience and operational (manufacturing, supply chain) experience/knowledge
Fluent in written and spoken English. More language (e.g. Swedish) preferred.
