Vi söker nu en Produktionsingenjör till vår site i Bohus. I rollen kommer du att arbeta i ett engagerat och drivet team som ansvarar för att optimera och utveckla produktionen. Som produktionsingenjör har du ett tilldelat övergripande ansvar för något av produktionsavsnitten där du stödjer och coachar operatörer, analyserar och driver problemlösning. Säkerställer att mätsystem och beräkningskonventioner är på plats för att generera data gällande produktionsförluster och säkerställer att all data är fullständig och av rätt kvalitet.



Kvalifikationer
Civil- eller Högskoleingenjör kemiteknik.
Erfarenhet från kemisk industri
God kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga
God kännedom om processäkerhet och riskhantering

Main responsibilities
The Operational Excellence Team Lead is responsible for and leads the deployment and execution of the Operational Excellence activities within ISC Operations and Supply Chain Management with a key focus on our manufacturing sites. The position supports and coaches Operational Excellence Managers, site teams and in some cases other functional teams in improving their performance.

As an Operational Excellence Team Lead your main tasks are:
Lead, coach and develop a team of Operational Excellence Managers who are supporting operations and sites, leading improvement projects and operational excellence execution.
Follow up and coach sites on performance in key areas.
To be part of the regional OPEX management team and as such co-responsible for setting strategy and direction of the regional Operational Excellence activities and delivery of the regional targets.
Work closely together with Regional Manufacturing Directors and Site Leadership teams to align on OpEx prioritization for the region and within the sites.
Running improvement projects, trains and guides on the Nouryon standard processes


This function requires significant traveling up to 50%, mostly within the EMEA region

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s degree preferred. Degrees related to technical, supply chain, engineering or related fields are most appropriate
Proven continuous improvement, Lean experience and/or certified L6S Continuous Improvement Master. Or equivalent experience to a L6S Master Black Belt
Extensive knowledge and expert use in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Proven leadership skills and the capability to work effectively in international teams
Skilled and experienced in managing change programs
Extensive experience in training and coaching; able to impart knowledge to others
Experienced project manager
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

We are now seeking our next EMEA Supply Manager, Industrial Specialties, Nouryon Performance Formulations, Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment of the supply planning processes. Further responsibilities include the management and maintenance of the supply plan to balance customer demand, production and logistics capacities and raw materials requirements to ensure orders are fulfilled as required for the responsible area. Additional responsibilities are to determine the stock replenishment strategy and manage the inventory targets for the product line by ensuring effective translation of demand inputs (forecast and sales orders) into an achievable supply plan within EMEA.
Main responsibilities
• Supply Planning Process Deployment:
o Responsible for setting goals.
o Responsible for developing training and development plans for supply planners and site schedulers.
• Supply Plan:
o Develop mid and short-term supply plan to EMEA sites using Rough Cut Capacity Planning to validate capabilities.
o Initiate and execute short- and medium-term supply optimization from given customer demand, plant cost and capacity structure, and communicate to the organization.
o Develop and provide plants with weekly/monthly supply plans.
o Evaluate business opportunities with the help of an optimization tool (Arkieva and DSR tool).
o Develop inventory stocking policies and ensure that they are followed for produced products or trade goods down to SKU level including safety stock levels and order quantities.
o Monitoring of process order On Time In Full (OTIF) and Customer Request In Time (CRIT) metrics will be required to assess quality of plan.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Coordinate the execution of the supply plan with the responsible ISC organization, effectively managing any exceptions with demand forecasts.
o Work collaboratively with the ISC Organization to ensure key assumptions on anticipated production capabilities are reflected within the plans.
o Actively communicate situation on blocked stock to the ISC organization and drive resolution.
o Work collaboratively with Demand Management to ensure effective demand and supply balancing within the short- and medium-term horizon (IBP and DSR).
• Inventory Segmentation and Network Optimization Models:
o Determine the most appropriate inventory replenishment models that balance service, cost, and inventory based on the objectives of the business using Arkieva Inventory Module.
o Use Arkieva supply module for network optimization within the EMEA region to determine the most efficient supply plan to fulfill the customer requirements. Provide input to the global BP function for global network optimization.
• SAP master data:
o Maintenance of Arkieva master data (plant assignments) relevant for the supply and inventory planning process.
o Maintenance of SAP master data (replenishment parameters and planning rates) relevant for the supply and inventory planning process.
• Business Planning
o Supports preparation and facilitation of EMEA Site Supply Management Reviews (SMR’s).
? Development of RCCP for work centers within EMEA.
? Collection and summarization of inventory forecasts and forecast accuracy.
? Collection and summation of system (customer, in transit and in plant) inventory.
? Monthly collection, analysis and distribution of inventory, forecast and accuracy analysis.
? Provide Site SMR output and escalate relevant issues to Global Product Line SMR.
o Provide input to the Demand Management Review (DMR) in developing forecasting strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
• Improvement Suggestions:
o Actively drive improvement of planning/scheduling related activities.
o Manage specific supply planning projects to meet budget requirements, project timelines, goals, business objectives etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience in supply chain management (or equivalent).
APICS CPIM is desirable.
At least 5 years of documented experience in supply planning.
Extensive experience with IBP/S&OP;.
Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system) and Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software). Experience with Business Warehouse (or equivalent data warehouse) is advantageous.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects with little direction.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

We are now looking for an inspiring and ambitious manager to lead our Eka Engineering organization. You will be a member of the Bleaching Chemicals Leadership team and lead an exciting department with focus on growth. In this role you will drive the global sales and execution of ClO2 plant projects to maximize profitability, and by this contribute to the chlorate sales growth. You will lead the global sales and execution of “engineering packages” and related service for Hydrogen Peroxide plants to external clients. The role includes responsibility for sales and execution of projects for any new products and applications where the business model is “plant or equipment sales”. As department manager you will be accountable for the global financial result of the sales activities (revenue, CM and OPI) and have overall responsibility for the Management of Eka Engineering organization, personnel and development.

Qualifications
