I din framtida roll som Underhållsingenjör kommer du att
Underhållsingenjörens roll är att säkerställa att underhållsarbetet sker på ett säkert och kostnadseffektivt sätt enligt fastställda rutiner kopplade inom MRM-processen. I denna roll är ditt mål att uppnå operativ excellens för underhåll på kort och lång sikt, med fokus på kontinuerlig förbättring och att förbättra anläggningens tillförlitlighet. Du driver även arbetet med underhållsstrategier för tillgänglighet av utrustning, förbättringar i underhållsplaner för utrustning, samt reservdelar.
• Ansvara för att ta fram och följa underhållsstrategin för utrustning
• Vara teknisk rådgivare vid inköp av utrustning
• Delta i projekt inom arbetsområdet
• Ansvara för att ge input till de långsiktiga investeringsplanerna för anläggningen
• Systematiskt ständigt förbättra tillgängligheten på anläggningen genom att bland annat genomföra klassificering av utrustning, utföra FMEA på kritisk utrustning samt grundorsaksanalyser
• Utföra mer komplicerad problemlösning ute i fält


Vi tror att du har med dig
• Högskoleingenjör eller motsvarade med erfarenhet som underhållsingenjör inom automation eller instrument
• Goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska

Olika roller vi söker


Inom produktion:
I vår produktion arbetar du inom processindustrin i driften, du arbetar med service, rondering, provtagning och utlastning samt logistikbitar som truckkörning och utlastning.
För att vara kvalificerad ska du ha minst gymnasiekompetens, gärna med teknisk inriktning (process, styr- och reglerteknik, kemi, maskin) men helst vara studerande vid högskola/universitet. Arbetet inom produktion är förlagt såväl dagtid som skift. Som person skall du vara praktiskt lagd och tycka om lagarbete men även kunna ta egna initiativ för att lösa problem.

Laboratorietjänster:
På laboratoriet arbetar du med processanalyser, miljöanalyser, analyser på färdig vara samt råvaruanalys. Du rapporterar in analyserna i vårt styrsystem. Arbetet är förlagt dagtid.
Vi söker dig som har påbörjat en universitets- eller högskoleutbildning inom exempelvis kemi, kemiteknik och gärna med inriktning inom analytisk kemi. Arbetet är förlagt dagtid. Som person skall du vara analytisk, ordningsam och strukturerad.

Provide input for the project’s Appropriation Request (AR) and sign off for execution
Ensure compliance to company directives

In the Initiation and Study Phase (FEL-1 and FEL-2) project manager’s responsibility is in the consultant role and ensures endorsement and approval of the handed over engineering package by the business/site representative
Qualifications

Main responsibilities
As Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for completion of daily modal logistics activities including shipment planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for assigned respective mode of transport in alignment with cost and service target.
You will be responsible for performing transportation planning, executing, and monitoring for the modal transportation mode according to the defined processes. You will conduct activities including capacity planning, shipment and fleet planning, carrier selection, routing, scheduling, tendering, load building as well as regular transportation bookings.
As a team we are also responsible for the invoicing process and that our vendors are correctly invoiced and that surcharges are managed properly. Most of our activities are handled in a so called TMS (Transporeon) where we have different options and possibilities to optimize shipment cost using functionalities such as, best bid and spot bids etc.
Another important aspect of the job is monitoring and control of all shipments and transactions we are involved in and resolve exceptions as they arise.
We are constantly working on improvements both internally, for our processes and externally, together with our logistics providers where we follow up on set KPI’s and cost performance.

Qualifications
• Experience in logistics / supply chain. Experience with chemical companies is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge in performing logistics activities
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and quickly develop a solution
• Experience with carrier relationship management and performance evaluations
• Understanding of the modal transport market
• Working knowledge and history of using computers and programs specific to logistics (SAP, TMS, WMS) and to general business management (MS Excel, Word)
• Language: Swedish and English both written and spoken

Additional information
This is a temporary position until 2022-12-31 on a full-time basis and based in Bohus. The location will be moved to Gamlestan, Gothenburg in the end of Q1 2022.

Main responsibilities
As Senior Logistics Specialist you will be the team expert and go-to person for questions and issues that need attention. Your main responsibility will be to improve processes, investigate root causes, find solutions, follow up on defined KPI’s and you will also act as a support to the team supervisors.
You will be a project resource in the team and is expected to run improvement projects to continuously improve the way we operate. You will be the team spokesperson in stakeholder meetings making sure the rest of the organization operate according to the defined and agreed processes.
As a team we are also responsible for the invoicing process and that our vendors are correctly invoiced and that surcharges are managed properly. In this process you will act as a support to the team and find root causes and corrective actions to overcome issues with self-billing etc. You will take part in the monitor and control process to ensure we are on top of our shipments and invoice process and transactions.
Most of our activities are handled in a so called TMS (transport management system) and we use a system called Transporeon, where you will be the team expert and key user and will work closely with the HUB TMS specialist. You will also be the main person dealing with Master data in our systems Transporeon and SAP.
We are constantly working on improvements both internally, for our processes and externally, together with our logistics providers where we follow up on set KPI’s and cost performance.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and quickly develop a solution

• Demonstrated knowledge in performing logistics activities
• Experience with carrier relationship management and performance evaluations

Main Responsibilities
As a supervisor you will be leading a team of 4 to 6 specialists responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring transportation for respective modes ensuring adherence to our processes and in alignment with cost and service targets. You as a supervisor are expected to support the implementation of process improvement and cost reduction measures to drive operational efficiency and service and by doing so ensure timely planning, execution, and monitoring of all shipments to ensure customer service and stakeholder’s needs are met.
The supervisor role also includes KPI monitoring and performance meetings with the vendors we use.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics / supply chain with a preference for having experience in managing teams. Experience with chemical companies is preferred
Proven leadership skills by preference including leading a team with clear objectives, results-orientation, change catalyst, and developing people
Demonstrated knowledge and leadership experience in managing logistics activities for a functional team
Experience identifying and executing process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cost and / or improving service level
Strong understanding of the road transport market
Strong working knowledge and history of using computers and programs specific to logistics (SAP, TMS, WMS) and to general business management (MS Excel, Word)
Experience with logistics providers, customs brokers, and government agency relationship management and performance evaluations
Demonstrated understanding of international shipping requirements in the supported countries within the EMEA region
Understanding of import and export activities

Qualifications

Managing stakeholders and synergies to other projects and businesses
Delivering best in class capex projects, safe within defined scope, schedule, budget and dedicated quality
Providing transparent reporting with predictability and forecasting, analysis and mitigation planning to the project Steering Committee and functional management
Lead the multifunctional project team with owners’ functional experts and the EPCm project leads
Apply and adhere to Nouryon’s Project Management (NPM) stage gate methodology
Provide input for the project’s Appropriation Request (AR) and sign off for execution
Ensure compliance to company directives
Manage project close out, assessment of lessons learned, project documentation and hand-over to operations



In the Initiation and Study Phase (FEL-1 and FEL-2) project manager’s responsibility is in the consultant role and ensures endorsement and approval of the handed over engineering package by the business/site representative
Qualifications
Bachelor, Master or PHD level qualification in preferably mechanical/chemical engineering or related disciplines.
Relevant content experience in different multiple units of chemical plants, disciplines, locations (cultures – international environment) and/or other companies
More than 10 years of experience in a managerial position
Proven project management skills for capital investments of up to 50 Mio Euro

Qualifications
Essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and required skills.
Technical knowledge and skills:
Professional with sufficient knowledge in own specialized field and has knowledge to adjust the package to NR functional requirements and technical context built on an understanding of the theoretical concepts and principles and their context
Experience with relevant Business Application (e.g. SAP), Platform, infrastructures, relevant business processes
Familiar with IT standards like ITIL, Cobit, CMM, Compliance
Significant relevant work experience and broad general knowledge of information security issues in IT security and compliance issues
Experience with training and coaching

Main responsibilities
Act as an effective leader of the modality team, build strong relationships and team, commit to the growth of individuals on team, and lead by example
Validate availability and secure transport mode capacity in alignment with expected volumes and forecasts
Support implementation of process improvement and cost reduction measures to drive operational efficiency and service
Work with Trade Compliance to ensure processes are set up properly
Drive operational HSE and execution with procurement and external vendors
Maintain and monitor KPIs, identifying and implementing improvements where needed
Develop staff by organizing training sessions and support Regional Hub Manager by providing input to performance reviews, as well as recommendations for hiring, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions
Motivate staff to make an effective and efficient self-driven team
Manage relationships with logistics providers;
for international shipments: also with customs brokers and government agencies
Conduct quarterly business reviews with core logistics providers to ensure outlined service requirements are being met and identify performance improvement initiatives
Communicate performance updates, progress of improvement initiatives, and challenges to Regional Hub Manager on an ongoing, proactive basis
Coordinate with Logistics and Business leaders to ensure that performance is aligned with organizational needs
Review accuracy and performance of planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure effective processes and controls are in place (for international shipments: including import / export)
Coordinate with operations to develop forecasts of modal transportation volume
Lead and model Nouryon Values to include driving code of conduct compliance at all times



Qualifications
Minimum 7 years’ experience in logistics / supply chain with at least 5 years’ experience managing teams. Experience with chemical companies is preferred
Proven leadership skills including leading a team with clear objectives, results-orientation, change catalyst, and developing people
Demonstrated knowledge and leadership experience in managing logistics activities for a functional team
Experience identifying and executing process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cost and / or improving service level

The on-boarding will be performed both as a class room type training and on-site training trough participation in work within Global Manufacturing execution systems template and other types of Digital Roadmap projects. You will be assigned to a project and work as a site resource with a defined mentor. Your tasks will be assigned by the project manager and the execution of the tasks will be supported by your mentor and the project team. After your on-boarding/training is completed you will have natural transition to an open position within one of our Business units.


Main responsibilities
Work with Global Manufacturing Execution Systems Template (GMT) program during GMT deployments
Be a part of the Digital Technology organization aimed at utilizing digital tools and data analytics to capture operational improvements and to drive improvements
Cooperate and collaborate with the Continuous improvement team when it comes to deliver support for data analysis and validation on manufacturing sites
Through data mining and analytics, collect, interpret and report manufacturing process related data
Provide insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Co develop, implement and/or optimize work processes, techniques and systems related to manufacturing data systems
Identify shortcomings in current reporting methods, data systems and corresponding procedures; propose and implement alternatives



Qualifications
Academic level within chemical engineering/process engineering

Ability to travel

Experience from process engineering within the chemical industry; for example, process engineering, project management or construction manager is not a requirement, although seen as a plus.
